Fizz Club FLEX is an invitation-only option for Bubbleheads who want more control over when they receive their club wines.
FLEX follows the same spring and fall fulfillment windows as FIZZ Club. When each window opens, you can receive and customize a six-bottle order or skip it from your account. The choice is yours each season.

How FLEX works
Choose each spring and fall
FLEX uses the same semi-annual fulfillment schedule as FIZZ Club. We will email you before each customization period with important dates and information about the upcoming order.
Receive an order
Choose to participate, customize your six-bottle selection and select pickup or shipping. If you participate without submitting customizations, you will receive the standard FLEX selection.
Skip an order
Need to sit one out? Simply skip the spring or fall fulfillment from your online account during the designated window.

How do I join Fizz Club FLEX?
FLEX is available by invitation and does not have an online enrollment form. Contact our FIZZ Club team if you are interested, and we can help determine whether it is the right option for you.
Am I required to receive a spring or fall order?
No. You may receive both semi-annual orders, choose only one or skip both. Your FLEX benefits remain active while your membership is in good standing.
FLEX does carry a minimum commitment of two semi-annual orders. You may skip orders as needed, but a $100 early cancellation fee will apply if you cancel before receiving two FLEX orders.
How do I skip an order?
Log in to your online account during the spring or fall customization window and select the option to skip that fulfillment. Be sure to complete your skip before the deadline included in your club emails.
Can I customize an order when I participate?
Yes. You may customize your six-bottle selection during the designated customization period. Available wines are subject to change.
What happens if I do not customize or skip?
If you take no action during the customization period, the standard six-bottle selection will be processed using the delivery preference and payment method saved to your account.
How do I cancel FLEX?
Please call or email our FIZZ Club team to cancel your membership. A $100 early cancellation fee will apply if you cancel before receiving the minimum of two semi-annual FLEX orders. Any orders already processed before your cancellation will remain subject to the applicable club terms and fees.
Can I return to standard FIZZ Club?
Yes. FLEX members are welcome to rejoin FIZZ Club at any time.
After rejoining FIZZ Club, you must receive at least one semi-annual FIZZ Club order before becoming eligible to switch back to FLEX.
Does FLEX include complimentary flights or glasses?
No. The six complimentary flights or glasses provided each year are reserved for standard FIZZ Club members. FLEX also does not include discounts on food, wine flights or glasses.
